POLLING PLACE – SPRING PRIMARY – SPRING ELECTION: TOWN OF DELAVAN POLLING PLACE CHANGE FEBRUARY 16th and APRIL 6th, 2021 SPRING PRIMARY/SPRING ELECTION RESOLUTION NO. 2.2021 RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE TOWN OF DELAVAN POLLING PLACE FOR THE FEBRUARY 16th and APRIL 6th, 2021 SPRING PRIMARY/SPRING ELECTION WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5.25 (3) polling places shall be established for each election at least thirty (30) days before the election; and, WHEREAS, the Town of Delavan currently has one polling places that will all have to be open and staffed on this date despite voter turnout; and WHEREAS, the Town of Delavan Community Center, located at 1220 South Shore Drive, is the only polling place; and, WHEREAS, due to the Community Center being under construction and not available for use for the Electors within the Town of Delavan, the Town Clerk is requesting that all electors cast ballots at the East Baptist Church Gymnasium, 3205 Theatre Road, Corner of State Road 50 and Theatre Road, February 16th and April 6th, 2021. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town of Delavan Town Board; that Wards 1 through 11 shall vote at the East Baptist Church Gymnasium, 3205 Theatre Road, Corner of State Road 50 and Theatre Road, February 16th and April 6th, 2021; and will return to their original polling location in 2022.

Early Voting & Drop Off Site – Paving Being Done

The Drop Off Site will be Closed Wednesday October 21st

Early Voting will continue, but we recommend that you pick another day to come. Due to the Parking Lot being paved on October 21st.

If you chose to come during our construction you will have to park either in the grass in front of the Police Department or Public Works Buildings.

You can also park on Oxburg Street in front of Westshire and walk to Town Hall. Please use the front door.

There will not be any handycapped access on this day due to the paving; everything will be back to normal on Thursday October 22nd.
