When paying, be sure to choose “Boat Launch Fee” on the “Type of Payment” Drop Down menu and include your name, address, and boat size to the Comment box along with your preference in receiving your Season Pass Stickers. Your Season Pass Stickers can be sent to you or picked up at the Gate House.

There is a 3% processing fee when using Allpaid.

Please make a copy of your confirmation email and bring with you to the Gate House to show proof of payment. Thank you.

Delavan Community Park is closed during the winter, however, if you wish to Ice Fish, on Delavan Lake, you are welcome to do so.  Please note that the Gate House is not staffed during the winter season.

Is there a Fee if I just want to go Shore Fishing, Swimming or General Park Activities?  Yes.

Admission to Park for Residents of the Town of Delavan

FYI: Guests are not required to pay any additional monies for a “park pass” if they are taking a boat out. Boaters pay a Boat Launch Fee (Daily or Season).

Town Residents Enter the Park Free with Proof of Residency

Town Residents can get an official Park Season Pass at the Gate House, when park is open.

One pass per family.

6 -1 2 Years $2 Daily

65 + Senior $2 Daily

Non-Resident Park Season Pass is $25 , which includes all occupants of a vehicle.

Usage for all passes includes general park activities, beach, and shore fishing.

Who is Considered a Resident?

A “resident” is a Wisconsin State registration designation by the DNR.  You are a resident if you reside in or own property in the TOWN OF DELAVAN.

What Do I Need to Know Before I Boat on Delavan Lake?

If you are going to boat on Delavan Lake you need to pay a Boat Launch Fee.

The Boat Launch Fee depends on the size of your boat and whether or not you live in Wisconsin or if you live out of the state (ie: Illinois, Michigan, etc).  Please make a copy of the Boat Launch Registration Form or stop by the Town Hall to get a hard copy of the form.

Military Discount

The Town of Delavan does NOT charge a Boat Launch Fee for any Active Duty Military with Proper ID.

Complete the Boat Launch Registration Online, in Person or Send in the Mail.

Pay the appropriate boat launch fee (via cash, check or online).

Make a copy of your boat registration and provide that to the Town for our records.

If you have DAY PASS or drop box receipt please display it properly in the front window of your vehicle.

Provides “in and out” boat service and shore lift services/Fleet Rate for 6-10 Boats

Tier #3 ($600)

Provides “in and out” boat service, shore lift and barge services/Fleet Rate for 11+ Boats

No barges will be allowed to launch or park on weekends for the months of May, June, July & August.

Other “no launch” restrictions are on opening day of fishing in May, Memorial Day weekend, Independence day celebration, Labor Day weekend, and large fishing tournaments during the season.

No barge tie ups are allowed along the park shore line except for inlet launch area.

No commercial vehicles/trailers allowed anywhere in the park except in designated commercial parking area.

Daily barge rate is $40. The daily pass is good for one day only.

Commercial Tier 3 Parking Only

Tier 3 customers pay $6 per car to park (during rental time only). If you stay longer than your rental time, the Daily Parking Fee is $3 per adult and $2 per child.

Season Passes may be purchased online, at the gate house, paid in person at the Town Hall or mailed to the Town of Delavan.

All launch rates are set by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Rates are calculated by the number of services at the launch: Attendant, Restrooms. State tax is included in fee.
