Our Newest Town Supervisors

Our newest Town Supervisors for the Town of Delavan were sworn in on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, between the Annual Town Meeting and the Regular Town Board Meeting. Their term will began that night and will continue through the April 2024 Annual Town Meeting.

Frank Cangelosi (right) is an Independent Insurance Agent and president of Noble Insurance Company, LLC, Delavan, which services Wisconsin and Illinois businesses, such as contractors and the trades (HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers), Restaurants, Auto Services, Retail, Professional Offices, Beauty Salons, Breweries, Distilleries, Wineries, Veterinarians, Machine Shops, Wholesalers and Distributors, etc! He and his wife and two children live in the Town of Delavan.  Frank grew up coming to the Town of Delavan in the summer and eventually moved here and became an active part of the Chamber of Commerce. While volunteering and serving the community people encouraged him to get more involved. He decided to run for Town Supervisor because he wants our town to grow and thrive. 

Frank will serve on the following committees for the Town of Delavan. 

Administrative Committee Co-Chair (Admin meets on the 1st Monday of each month @4pm)

Committee of the Whole (COW meets on the 2nd Monday of each month @6pm)

Fire & Rescue Committe Co-Chair (FR meets on the 1st Thursday of the month @7pm)

Public Works Committee Co-Chair  (PW meets on the 1st Wednesdsay of the month at 1:15pm)

Town Board (TB meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month @6pm)

Micah Hartlaub, (left) is a crop farmer and just recently started his own business, which will focus on home remodeling, general contracting, House Renovations.  He heard about the open supervisor positon because he wanted to get more involved in our town.  He said, “everyone complains about the local government but few people do anything about it.”  He decided that becoming a town supervisor so he could be a part of making changes and not just talk about it.  After numerous recounts for our write-in candidates, Micah beat out William Thummel by two votes.  

Micah will serve on the following committees for the Town of Delavan. 

Finance Committee Co-Chair  (Finance meetings are TBD)

Committee of the Whole  (COW meets on the 2nd Monday of each month @6pm)

Park & Tourism Committee Co-Chair (PT meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 5pm)

Police & Waters Safety Committee Co-Chair (PWS meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month @1pm)

Town Board (TB meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month @6pm)
