Please take notice that the Town Board for the Town of Delavan, Walworth County, Wisconsin, enacted  Ordinance #405 on February 22, 2022, to Section 10.11 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Delavan relating  to the regulation of bird foggers.

Please take notice that the Town Board for the Town of Delavan, Walworth County, Wisconsin, enacted  Ordinance #403 on July 20, 2021 to Section 1.11(7)(b) of the Municipal Code of the Town of Delavan relating to  the Membership of the Police Committee. 

 

NOTICE OF ENACTED ORDINANCE  CREATING SEC TION 10.23 AND AMENDING SECTION 22.17(16)  OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF DELAVAN RELATING TO EXTERIOR LIGHTING STANDARDS 

Please take notice that the Town Board for the Town of Delavan, Walworth County, Wisconsin, enacted  Ordinance #402 on April 20, 2021 to create Section 10.23 and Amend Section 22.17(16) of the Municipal Code  of the Town of Delavan relating to the exterior lighting standards.

NOTICE OF ENACTED ORDINANCE RE-CREATING SECTION 9.05 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF DELAVAN RELATING TO REGULATION OF LOUD AND UNNESSESARY NOISE. 

Please take notice that the Town Board for the Town of Delavan, Walworth County, Wisconsin, enacted  Ordinance #399 on April 20, 2021 which repealed and re-created Section 9.05 of the Municipal Code of the  Town of Delavan relating to the regulation of loud and unnecessary noise
