Please take notice that the Town Board for the Town of Delavan, Walworth County, Wisconsin, enacted  Ordinance #405 on February 22, 2022, to Section 10.11 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Delavan relating  to the regulation of bird foggers. 

NOTICE OF ENACTED ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 7.09(2)(d) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF DELAVAN RELATING TO VEHICHLE WEIGHT LIMITS ON BLUE GILL ROAD AND THE BLUE GILL ROAD BOAT LAUNCH
