If you need to make your tax payment there is a locked drop box on the West side of the building next to the mail box. There is also the option to pay online from the warm comforts of your home. At the Board of Review, citizens have the opportunity to meet with the Assessor and discuss your valuation.  The Board of Review is a quasi legal proceeding where the Board looks at the information that is provided by the property owner and the Assessor.
