All first installment of taxes are due to the Town of Delavan on or before Monday, January 31, 2022.
What if My Tax Payment Doesn’t Get to the Town Hall Before Monday?
Payments are considered timely (ie: on time) ONLY if:
- Your payment is mailed in a properly addressed envelope.
- Your payment is postmarked before midnight on or before January 31, 2022.
- Your payment is mailed with the proper prepaid postage.
- You physically pay in person at the Town Hall (5621 Town Hall Road, Delavan) on or before Monday, February 7, 2022 (within the grace-period).
Regardless of when your payment is received by the Town of Delavan Treasurer (ie: proper official) as long as your payment is postmarked by Monday, January 31, 2022 or you pay your taxes in person at the Town Hall on or before Monday, February 7, 2022, your payment is considered on time. Please have your payments postmarked by Monday, January 31, 2022 and send to Delavan Town Treasurer; 5621 Town Hall Road, Delavan, Wisconsin 53115.

PS: The Town of Delavan has a Drop Box on the right hand side of our building, between the Police Department and the Town Hall. Anything dropped in the drop box after 11:59pm on Monday, January 31, 2022, will be considered delinquent.
